VIA is using SynTest's TurboFault(TM), a fast fault simulator; and SynTest's TurboScan(TM), a full-scan and partial-scan synthesis and ATPG program for improving the testability of VIA's high-performance ASICs. SynTest's products improve a design's testability and fault coverage and result in reduced defect levels and tester time.
